Computational Biology
We can collaborate with you to help you analyze complex, high dimensional biological data. Collaboration arrangements are flexible, and include:

a) Fee for Service. Depending on the nature of your data analysis problem, we are available at the rate of $100 per hour. On this basis we can bring our expertise and our considerable armamentarium of computational tools to bear on your data. Access to our high-performance compute server is built into this fee.

b) Grant funded collaboration. We are happy to add our expertise as Co-Investigator and will assist you in developing preliminary data and drafting your grant application. Please see Wade Rogers to discuss arrangements.

c) Personalized or group training. We give lectures and workshops periodically on the use of advanced computational tools. In addition, for a fee we can customize training for your laboratory staff to address your lab's specific needs.

d) Education. We occasionally mentor students at all stages of training who have a specific interest in developing their skills in computational biology This works best in a "co-mentoring" arrangement where the student also has a relationship with a specific research laboratory, but wishes to expand their training to include computational skills.
