The Facility operates on a cost recovery basis and all fees will reflect the actual expenses of reagents, consumable labware and service but not the instrument purchase.
Projects for clients not affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania, CHOP or Wistar will be assessed a surcharge on all Facility fees.
The Facility will NOT be responsible for data after 6 MONTHS from the date of report.
The Facility will NOT be responsible for any samples/reagents after 1 MONTH from the date of report.
Please collect samples and related assays/reagents and download the data from our server as soon as we report.
